Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

We want you to love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we will replace or refund the product. To ensure a speedy resolution, please provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface, showing the issue clearly, and email them to us at support@mrbasinsmusic.club or mrbasins@gmail.com.
Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or returns related to sizing issues.
Details on Cancellations, Refunds, and Policies
Cancellations
Product Orders Cancellation Policy:
- All products are made to order specifically for you.
- If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. Changes can only be made before your order goes into production.
- Once your order has gone into production, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may be eligible for a replacement or resolution for quality issues after receiving your order.
- Quality-related issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy:
- Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once your checkout is complete, no refunds or cancellations will be processed for donations or tips.
Damaged or Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please:
- Include a clear photograph demonstrating the quality issue or damaged area of the product.
- Take the photo on a flat surface, ensuring the tag and issue are clearly visible.
- Include your order number in the email.

Refund Policies
Products:
- Products are non-refundable, except for cases involving quality issues.
- Refund requests must include supporting photos showing the issue.
Payment Processing for Refunds:
- PayPal: Refunds appear in your PayPal account within 24 business hours.
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds appear in your account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Donations and Tips:
- Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once your payment is complete, we cannot issue a refund.
Locked Messages:
- Locked messages are non-refundable. If you encounter issues accessing your locked message after payment, contact us at support@mrbasinsmusic.club or mrbasins@gmail.com, and we will assist you.

- Klarna/AfterPay (depending on location)

Taxes on Canadian Orders
For orders shipped to Canada, applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) rates will be applied based on your province.
- GST: 5% (applies across Canada).
- PST: Provincial rates vary, e.g., 7% in British Columbia, 8% in Manitoba, etc.
- In provinces with HST (Harmonized Sales Tax), the combined rate will apply (e.g., 15% in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island).
These taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
International Orders
Will I have to pay additional taxes or fees for orders shipped outside the U.S. or Canada?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. These charges vary by country and are the customerβs responsibility.
We are unable to calculate or predict these charges in advance. For more details about your countryβs customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
